Spanish Springs Corporate Park – Building III

Avenue 55 recently completed Spanish Springs III, a new 144,000 square foot Class A industrial building that will represent the final building at the 411-acre master planned Spanish Springs Corporate Park which totals approximately 960,000 SF. Avenue 55 worked diligently with the design team to create a building that fits seamlessly into the park. Spanish Springs III offers 32’ clear height, 130’ shared truck court, 2,000amp power and ESFR sprinklers. A majority of Spanish III was pre-leased and tenant improvement work is nearly completed.
