Avenue 55 manages all aspects of development from start to finish. WHO WE ARE

Joe Blattner  Founder | President

Joseph has been investing in and developing commercial and multi-family real estate for over two decades. His development resume includes more than 20 million square feet of industrial, multifamily, retail, and office projects. His creativity, experience and determination have been critical to many successful and diverse projects over the past 20 years throughout the Puget Sound.

Drew Zaborowski  Development Manager

Drew joined Avenue 55 in 2013 where he oversees and manages new and existing industrial and office projects. Drew has been responsible for various aspects of development including design, construction, leasing and property management. He works closely with architects, construction managers and local municipalities to ensure all projects meet Avenue 55’s standards. 

Spencer Holcomb  Development Associate

Spencer joined Avenue 55 in 2018 as a Development Associate where he handles industrial and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Avenue 55 full-time, Spencer worked as an intern for the Avenue 55 development team.

Nick Yawman  Development Associate

Nick joined Avenue 55 in 2020 as a Development Associate where he handles industrial and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Avenue 55, Nick spent two years working for a CMBS underwriting and due diligence firm.
