Avenue 55 acquired two value add buildings on Des Moines Memorial Drive in SeaTac, WA. A 24’ clear, 72,000 SF warehouse complete with ample dock doors, parking and a separate 21,000 SF three story office building make up the properties.

The warehouse building received significant upgrades including selective demolition, lighting, slab work, paint, asphalt seal coat, and landscaping.
