Avenue 55 is nearing completion on the Mount Limbo Industrial project in Reno, NV. The tenant at Mount Limbo will utilize a 167,000 square foot state-of-the-art industrial space in a prime location in north Reno. The building features 32’ clear height, 48 trailer parking stalls, with 29 dock doors, 2,000amp power, and ESFR sprinklers. Mount Limbo delivered in Q1 2023.
