Patrick Distribution Center

I-80 Patrick Distribution Center is currently under construction and will be a new 433,000-square-foot Class A industrial building located in McCarran, NV. Upon delivery, the new facility will feature 36’ clear height, a 130’ truck court, and 4,000amp power. The project is pre-leased and expected to deliver in early Q2 2023.
