SPANISH SPRINGS III

Avenue 55 is under construction on Spanish Springs III, a new 144,000 square foot Class A industrial building that will represent the final building at the Spanish Springs Corporate Park. Avenue 55 worked diligently with the design team to create a building that fits seamlessly into the Park. Upon completion in Q4 2023, Spanish Springs III will offer 32’ clear height, 130’ shared truck court, 2,000amp power and ESFR sprinklers.
