Puyallup West Distribution Center totals 170,592 square feet. 

 

Located within Pierce County and just outside of the Puyallup city limits, Puyallup West provides immediate access to SR-167 or I-5. A 10 minute drive separates Puyallup West from the Port of Tacoma.

 

The 120' truck courts and wide drive aisles assure easy access to all of the 43 dock high doors and 4 grade doors. Modern specifications including a 30' clear height, ESFR sprinklers and T-5 motion sensor lights round out Puyallup West's impressive features.

 

In addition to the warehouse, significant infrastructure upgrades were completed to address access challenges. Infrastructure improvements included widening of the Valley Avenue Bridge, intersection enhancements and asphalt overlay.
